Worked out and ate more healthily feeling good.started logging food on fitness pal.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Ate chocolate dessert and bought chocolate eggs eggs and cider on Thursday for valentines could have had a nice evening without those things

Not giving in to temptation realised it was ruining my good days. Also realised I had strange fluctuationbif weight last time as due on period!

Felt tired to work out, started period first time in a yr.. wish I’d felt better

Non-scale victory of the week!

Back at work, more routine, Xmas, new ye and bday gone, prepping lunches, and no alcohol, crisps, or soda in the home, went to spinning last night for first time since festive period.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Made a choice to order smaller sharer menu at the restaurant on my birthday, but we went large.
