recovered from night shift quicker from the bloating etc.. that I get and water retention due to drinking more water and less caffeine

said no to the takeaway at work but I did try to choose something healthier off the menu with lots of vegetables

Any skin feels so much better and went for a couple of big walks!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Still working out and it’s becoming easier with less aching afterwards! I’m sleeping much better than I was too! And went through my clothes throwing some out and getting out a few clothes I couldn’t fit into, but still a way to go before I hit a size 12!

Ate less crisps, although I have cut down on them a lot!

Worked out and ate more healthily feeling good.started logging food on fitness pal.

Ate chocolate dessert and bought chocolate eggs eggs and cider on Thursday for valentines could have had a nice evening without those things
