How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Birthday today. I'm at my lowest birthday weight in 5 years :-D I'm not going crazy today. I have my favorite keto meal planned for lunch. Not doing cake or anything. Went shopping instead - LOL. Might go out with the fam after next weigh in. Had the best night's sleep last night that I've had in YEARS! Did not wake up once!!!! Feeling groovy :-)

Ugh! I’ve been on vacation with family for the past 5 days and really screwed up my progress. I’ve gone backwards a lot. This month was going to be hard to make my weigh in anyways, so with only 12 days to go, i really need to hunker down. I always seem to sabotage my progress.

You can bounce back!! First and foremost, start drinking water, water, water. It’s recommended to have half your weight in ounces of water, but I do 128oz+ a day because I become dehydrated quickly.

You can do it! As Laurie said, drink all the water, get some excercise in outside as the days get nicer and try to stop eating at lest two hours before you go to bed at night. You got this!
