How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

  • Rough one today. Had a catering event (first of many) at 6a (at work at 430am. Finished at 2pm. Wanted a nap, but pushed through and went to the gym. Got a run and lift in. Currently at 25,000 steps with an hour of 4 on 4 volleyball tonight.....

So what does everyone think about dedicated Instagram accounts for our individual weight loss journey? I was thinking about starting one, but still making up my mind. I'm in the category of those who haven't made any progress worth following yet, but I hope to change that over the coming days, weeks, months, and years. Is it worth starting one at the beginning before you've accomplished anything? Does it help with accountability and motivation? Thanks for the thoughts.

I am often inspired by stories, pics, recipes shared on IG. While I’m shared my weight loss journey on IG, I did not create a special account for that purpose; I just chose to share on the IG account I already had.

Thanks for the reply, Jen! I think I would create a separate one personally, but I can totally understand just using the one I already have. I honestly have rarely used my IG. It isn't really a social media I use often, but it seems to be a big place for these type of weight loss accounts.

Kudos for having a sense of humor in what must be a stressful time. Best wishes. I’m praying this ends soon.

  • Great egg recipie. Large serving size if each pan is 4 servings like recipe states. I make it 8 servings, and reaheats well for breakfast or afternoon protein snack! Below is 174 calories as 8 servings with an extra 1/2 cup of cheese. You could also omit any cheese for lower calories. I prefer this over “egg cup” recipes that have added flour, butter, and milk.
