I've increased my running mileage,.and today I did my first faster workout in five months!
Also, even though I only lost a pound this week, I have gained a noticeable amount of muscle, and my clothes are looser?
Muscle weighs a lot more than fat, so I definitely lost a bunch of fat.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I didn't manage to start working out in the morning, but I think I'm going to let that goal go. I've never been a morning person, and trying to force myself out of bed even earlier has never proven to be sustainable.

I would like to get more sleep. I just keep staying up late because I feel like it, but good sleep helps weight loss and I really want to hit that goal weight.
