Non-scale victory of the week!

I am making such better choices. Still have not touched the Halloween candy. I lost it one day for a couple hours but that was it. Got right back on track

I should have went to bed a little earlier. That is what happened on my bad day

Non-scale victory of the week!

Big victory this week. I gained less than a pound but I still feel victorious because I survived Halloween and have resisted my kids candy. So I may have gained a little weight but in years past it would have seriously been around 5 lbs.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had one bad day. Built up stress.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I feel like I did this week right. Two of my kids had birthdays over this past week and I was able to limit myself to just one treat on each birthday instead of half the cake each birthday. I am putting cookies and candy on my “never” list because those are my two worst weaknesses. I find it very easy to resist when I won’t even let it be a consideration. This is working very well for me.
