Non-scale victory of the week!

Back into my home routine, feeling less stressed, with more energy for my workout.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I think I did good this week, if I didn’t have that glass of champagne yesterday, I might have seen under 143 this morning, but I am happy with what did this week

Non-scale victory of the week!

No victories, I went on a work trip for 3 weeks and forgot my scale. I do better when I can weigh myself almost daily. I should of had 3 was of more progress, but instead I am up a pound.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I sat a lot because I was doing a lot of driving, after which I would be very tired. One day I actually drove 18 hours straight. I definitely need to move more and eat very little on the days I have to sit so much.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Despite a lot of allergies acting up, which would make me very tired, I seem to have a lot of extra energy in the evening.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Tried to meal prep, but failed to actually prep after I bought the food. So if the meal I planned to have wasn’t prepared and I wasn’t feeling like cooking when 5 pm rolled around, I would just drink a whole lot of water or tea the rest of the night because it was just easier, sometimes I would eat a hard boiled egg. A lot of nights this week, I did not eat a real dinner.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Lots of weigh ins this week, my weight is at a bit of a standstill, but I have been having a little wine since getting home. It was well deserved because I gone for over a month and had no alcohol (except one glass at birthday party).

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I think I am doing pretty good

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was really good about going to the gym these last few days. My workouts the last 10 years mainly consisted of workout dvds, a home treadmill, or walk/jogs around the neighborhood, but there is something a bit more to it when I go to the gym like I use to do in my teens and twenties.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My diet is out of control..... I need to work on this area.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Work, work, work.... I will be working really long hours this week (12-14hr days) and the commute is pretty time consuming as well. I’m going to have to focus more on my diet and try to fit in some stretching at lunch.

Non-scale victory of the week!

No real non scale victories. I haven’t been regular in the bathroom and I feel bloated often. I think it might be lack of sleep. I did get a few walks in before work with my dog, but only did yoga 2x during my lunch hour, yesterday I napped during lunch, I wasn’t feeling well. I need to see chiropractor or a acupuncturist because I am having a lot of neck, shoulder, low back, right hip probs and it’s making me nauseous or have too much pain to want to do much working out. I am pretty good at pretending to be okay at work because I don’t want the guys to see me as weak. My job is very physical, I am on my feet, moving, lifting all day except for breaks and lunch, we are working 10hour days with a 1 hour lunch. So I try not to get too hard on myself for not doing the yoga on my lunch break, although I think my pains would be better off if I did.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I think I covered this question in my above answer

Non-scale victory of the week!

I got on the gig I wanted, but they stick me on a spotlight, so I made sure to take the stairs up and down from my position, so I made the minimum steps on my Fitbit everyday, except the one day I was driving all day.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My eating wasn’t as good as I wanted, my work likes to set up a table of goodies to nosh on all day. I stayed away from anything with flour in it easily because I’m allergic, but the little bags of Cheetos were not as easily avoided. I did eat more fruit because they were there, too.

Long-term goal weight

125 lbs

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I start to see progress, then I will immediately sabotage myself, so I find I am always starting over. Plus, I have a lot of low back pain, that a Chiro referred to as a turned out hip, so sometimes I am not consistent with working out because of that pain.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I hope to score a place on this gig, it’s only 6 days of work, but it will keep me super busy with lots of lifting and time on my feet. So, I will be making money while I get in shape, lol. I imagine my Fitbit will tell me I did my minimum steps everyday by lunchtime.
