The size difference is starting to make crocheting clothing for myself quicker.

I hit a few personal goals on the treadmill, stayed within my calorie limit, and fitting into old shorts.

I started a daily journal to help organize my life. New kitchen appliances to help with cooking healthy at home.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was doing so well with my previous dietbets that I thought I could try out intuitive eating for my holiday season. Make sense my weight would drift back towards my last previous stable weight. Also there was an entire week I was too busy to workout. I won't be trying intuitive eating again til my goal weight is my stable weight.

I've been increasing my yoga duration steadily and also getting in an extra session when I can. Stocked up my spice shelf with new options.

It was my husband's birthday party and I got a bit carried away, I've been doing really well until the party so hopefully I'm back on track soon.
