Increase your water, lower your sodium, measure your carbs properly, eat a bunch of protein and veggies, and make sure you are exercising. We are only halfway through. You can still do this! :muscle:

The biggest change I have made is cutting out refined sugars, bread and other heavy food. I have increased my vegetable intake and water is key!

So doing Keto has been hard (not being a meat eater or egg lover) because even veggies have carbs. I'm just going to accept the vegetable/fruit carbs and focus on cutting out all the processed grains/bread/chips/crackers... what do you think?

Decided not to track my food this dietbet like I did the last. Tracking might work for some but personally I end up becoming to restrictive. Even if I don’t “win” I’m excited to eat healthier and let this dietbet keep me accountable

Have you tried tracking different things? There’s an app called daily dozen that lets you check off servings of fruit, veggies, etc., which I find a lot more encouraging than tracking cals

I now am able to just eat with mindfulness and I find its way better on my mental !

V is now the MVP in the game! They invited 1 friend to the game yesterday.
