Non-scale victory of the week!

3 days before vacation and I am on track!! Woohoo!! It feels great to be heading out of town feeling in control of my food cravings and feeling motivated.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I definitely had a little boredom hunger this week that got the better of me.

We are on vacation but I want to try to at least keep my weight stable while we are away. Lots of hiking!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Goallllllllllllllllllllll!! I signed up for a Transformer so that I can keep up the momentum.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This week was great! We went on a trip over the weekend and I stayed on diet the WHOLE time... and to be honest, I didn’t feel like I missed out at all. I have serious food FOMO but not this time!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

After a weird period week of bloating and cravings, I just stayed consistent. Stayed OFF the scale and didn’t let it derail me. Went to the UT football game this weekend and stayed on diet!!! It felt awesome

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I should have weighed in even during period week. I had one small binge after many weeks without, so that was not awesome. Exercised to correct it but felt so gross...

Non-scale victory of the week!

Sticking with it. It’s been tough trying to lose with lots of eating out, failed fasting attempts, resets, and a water/boil ban.... I lost weight, but I’m most excited that I think I found a solution for some of the binge habits that have formed in my adult life!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eat out less. Drink less. Commit to my fasting routine.

This week startes a more defined set of food rules that will keep my inner pig - who keeps squealing for PIZZA - in its cage. Also, less rain and more outside runs!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Had an AMAZING vacation in LA for a friend’s wedding weekend. We ate all the weird and ethnic foods and I did an admirable job sticking with keto. Not great but I didn’t completely blow it. We walked 7+ miles everyday... but I just learned that the post-vacation bloat is real!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Could have had fewer drinks and fewer sweets. Luckily I know that is not normal and I’m ready to get back to it this week.

Get back on track with my diet and get back into ketosis! It’s cold and rainy this week, but I still want to keep up my workout routine to build on the long walks we took on vacation

Non-scale victory of the week!

Wow. I never thought I could have willpower that sustained for more than a few hours or a few days... let alone the past 4 weeks. I’ve never felt so motivated to keep going, to keep running, to keep up with my keto lifestyle. I need to find another DietBet!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had a little too much wine on Friday that I thought might derail me, but I jumped back on the wagon on Saturday and did an extra mile run to make up for it. It was really hard, but worth it!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Went to a football tailgate that I thought was going to be problematic, but it wasn’t. Lots of keto friendly meats and 1 vodka soda that lasted me most of the afternoon because I kept adding water. It was a little bit of a bummer to not be on everyone else’s “level” but my weight loss this week made it worth it. Even had my period and didn’t have much of an issue!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I recently discovered Halotop Ice cream and almost ruined a day of perfect eating because of it. Need to keep it moderated!!

I’m not going to drink at all this week and I’m going to try to mostly eat protein to finish out the DietBet strong!!

Worked out 5 days this week for 45-65 min and my walk-run is turning into more of a run-walk!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Drank more wine than I normally would because of some special occasions. I can tell that this stalls my weight loss pretty dramatically.

We have friends in town this weekend but I will be sticking to my diet and exercise routine. Also, lots of sedentary studying this next week, so I need to keep it up and offset with my regular exercise routine.
