Great exercise sessions with my trainer. But I had business trip yesterday abbys drank way too much caffeine.

We've had aqa tummy flu at our house. So I've had more carbs then usual in the form of Gatorade and GF toast.

Too much ice cream while at Grandparents house. Kept having to adjust other calories. And I had a Dr. Pepper the day I flew home. :(
