There has been none. Between strep and funeral stuff, I fell completely off my game.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I thought I was going to miss this round by a pound, put some extra work in yesterday and JUST squeaked in. So happy!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nothing. I have been taking vitamins, started back at the gym afyer being sick for so many weeks, eating well, and going to bed early.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Did some yoga, even though I hate it! I was feeling really stiff from being unable to go to the gym so that seemed like a pneumonia friendly solution. I also got in 2 walks so 3 workouts desite my lung situation.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Nothing, sleeping and healing was the priority and I managed to eat keto for every meal except Metal Sushi Night.

Continue to take meds and get better. Do a few light workouts.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Managed to flush out most of that crazy 8lb "sickness is coming" water gain. Was off the keto wagon but hopped right back on and back to going strong. Cleaned out the fridge and did a keto shop. Have my lunch components prepped through to Sunday, and have dinner for 2 more nights after tonight. Realized for the prize draws that you have to do the photo weigh in, not just the number entry. I got it in 15 min before deadline!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not been dying of the plague? Jokes. Not spend 3 days on crappy canned soup just because I am sick and it's a comfort food. My buddy brought me keto cream of chicken soup with bacon and, well, it was so delicious that I was ashamed of my ramen/Campbell's. Ha!Ha!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Go to the doctor Sat if my lungs are still crackling by Friday and get some antibiotics! Keep on ketoing on, even though I am sick. If my lungs can take it, go for a walk or do a light workout or two.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Got to my lowest weight since June, past a mark that I have been stuck at. Since the last entry, have been hitting the gym with a friend and my kiddo 3 times a week and sometimes a few more on my own. Replaced my broken h7 polar heart rate strap. I find using it super motivating!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I have been super sick this week. I had no keto friendly options on hand, and lapsed into chicken noodle soup and ramen territory. I should make sure that I have some staples on hand, but need to clean out my cupboards and inventory.
