Non-scale victory of the week!

Not much. Feeling depressed. I did work out on my new elliptical for the first time but only had time for 10 minutes.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Everything. I haven’t been eating well. Had French fries and didn’t log my food.

Made a few better choices. Went to a sushi buffet once and also ate a dish laden with dairy. Felt like crap the next day. :( Also on my period, boo.
