Non-scale victory of the week!

I did a master cleanse these past 3 days and I feel good!!! It really cleared my system and had the energy to work out tonight to drop my final 0.2 pounds!!

I was struggling with the Piyo roll-up move but was suddenly able to do them on Saturday! The workouts are working and I am getting stronger
