Non-scale victory of the week!

I drank more water and included more veggies into my diet. I also ate healthier this week (in my opinion).

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Getting in more exercises. Insanity does not really burn that many calories.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I ran over 3 miles on Sunday, and I haven't ran that far in a LONG time. I know it's not a NSV, but it is something that made me really happy.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Meal prepping, meal prepping, meal prepping. Oh, and meal prepping. College definitely keeps me busy, but I really want to not eat out as much and cook more.

I have been making more time to go for runs, and I made a really good dinner last night.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have meditated more (I forgot lol) and not indulge in chocolate because of my period

I want to stick with meditation as it helps. Preferably, I would like to do it before bed but since I get so little sleep already, I will have to make time at other spots throughout the day.

I find that maintaining my motivation and not resorting to stress eating when I'm feeling overwhelmed or upset as the most challening in my own personal weight loss.
