How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

    As we wait for more people to join I think this is the perfect time to get our 1st Challenge started! For our 1st Challenge I would like all of us to write down their favorite Non Scale Victory on a piece of paper and post a picture of it here. My favorite Non Scale Victory is being able to cross my legs now as well as not having to ask for a seatbelt extender on the plane. You can also write down what Non Scale Victories you are excited for in the future! While this DietBet game can have us looking at the numbers on the scale, I believe it’s important to remember the Non Scale Victories as well. Especially when the scale is not willing to move. Hey hey guys!! Day 1 today...it’s gonna be tough for me, I actually “enjoyed” my terrible habits. I cooked breakfast instead of McDonalds like I usually eat during the week. I’ve also packed a few snacks and figure I’ll have a salad at subway for lunch... nothing makes me motivated like losing this bet! Can’t wait to see what happens on the next weigh in. Haven’t thought about the gym yet but hopefully just cutting out these gallons of sweet tea and fast food will get me through this first dietBet

Hi Everybody! I just started using the Sweat app almost two months ago and drinking fab4smoothies in the morning, but I don't lose weight. Probably because I'm a carb addict and not the good kind...the kind like whoooo there's a bag of chips that need to get in my belly right now kind. I started following Syd on insta and thought what is $30 to try this. I'm super motivated and want to avoid those chips/breads/etc...for the next 28days. I've learned nothing great in my life has been easy, why would this be any different.
Also, my amazing friend got me meet and greet tickets to new kids on the block next may and I need to be svelt!

  • Yea just go to your food screen and there is a share button in the top right corner. If you push that you can see stats for each meal or all means through the day. It only lets you share to Fitbit so I just screen shot it and upload it else where.

  • NSV today: Did 15min on the elliptical and was able to carry on a conversation. I was at about 53RPM for the whole time. The woman who I was talking to, who is there often, gave me props, saying she couldn't last that long, and said to the other girl, "look, she didn't even break a sweat!" Uh, yeah I did. Lol. But it helps when it's actually cool in the gym. The other night, not so much. Here's a picture of my tiny gym...
