Non-scale victory of the week!

I've been keeping up with my OMAD fasting plan and don't feel terrible when I am not eating.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I really need to start taking electrolyte supplements during the day along with tracking my water.

I want to get better at sticking to my fasting when others are trying to feed me. I also need to space out my water intake better.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was able to fit into a large halloween costume instead of needing a plus sized one.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have eaten less. I should have resisted the pizza my coworker bought for us.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Snacking. I get home from work and want a snack before dinner, but have to remind myself that I don't need it or convince myself I don't want it.
