I can fit in my high school shorts again! Went down 6 pants sizes and I went for a run in the Forrest For the first time in so long. I had a birthday this weekend and we were eating out, all I ate was 1/4 of a healthy banana pancake & drank water the entire time so I wouldn’t pack on extra calories
