Non-scale victory of the week!

I was super bloated and waaaag heavier than I thought I would be after 4 days home, but just a few days of hydration and clean eating helped flush that water weight

Not eaten ice cream last night

Not letting one or two off days ruin my whole week. Getting right back on track. Also working out 6 days of the week!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

So far I have stayed under my calorie count for the week, but I’d like to make it more consistent day to day. I have some days where I am super strict with food and then a few days where I eat a ton of chocolate or way too much overall
