I'm definitely going to follow your progress and be thinking of you. Do you have anyone with you who is able to support you? I'm doing this with my gf and basically we have both had some rough patches and helped pull each other through. One thing we're doing to try to make ourselves more reliable is to make a weekly video and put it up on YouTube. No ones really watching them, but we're posting them, and that feels like a bigger commitment. You should try it! You can post one to us, I've been to yo-yoing my whole life, usually 20lbs up/down over a period of time. It's definitely frustrating and I'll be thinking positive thoughts for you and your presentation!

Don't give up!!! I feel like that sometimes - thinking "Goodness, why can't I just say no to certain foods and lose the weight!" but we have to stay strong and keep going. I hope you hang in there. :)

Robin... don't give up! It is a journey. I help many people with gaining ultimate health and have found with them and myself that there is much more to weight loss than just the scale.

Don't get frustrated…I have been around the same place for two weeks and have to have a medical procedure in a few weeks. Not looking forward to it but we all have to go through things. Remember this long term, you will have slips and falls.

Your plugging right along! You'll be there in no time! I'm back to healthy choices after splurging on the portion sizes over Christmas Eve and Christmas. Exercising over the holidays kept me feeling well. Keep up your good work!
