Hi Robin, I did have a great day. I got Netflix set up on a TV in front of my treadmill and walked a bunch. I tracked my food and exercise using myfitnesspal and fitbit, and finished my evening watching Sound of Music with my mom. I missed the last hour because I needed to get to bed. My sleep suffers because of my weight, so I'm trying to get to bed at the same time each evening and sleep 7.5 hours. That's not happening, but I'm trying. I inspired myself by reading these comment boards and searching for my next game to join. You are an "encourager" to me and many others. I appreciate your presence in this game. And I wish you success.
