Non-scale victory of the week!

Tons of steps from helping a friend move house. Cooked at home a lot which set helped keep calories in check, and did really well not drinking calories.

Did really well, just need to keep it up now!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Zuke noodles w spray butter, S&P, and onion powder is a great light dinner, will have to continue enjoying. No Cheetos this week, woot!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Was sick with a head cold all week, and the meds really sapped my appetite, which I'm sure helped. Am starting to feel better now, and am looking fwd to getting back to the gym again.

Biked 2 days (one in the rain) and will go out again today.

Avoid carbs better. Such a terrible addiction!
