I actually meal prepped this past weekend and made egg roll in a bowl. It was tasty filling and kept me on track

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I feel like I could have gone to the gym more.. if I don’t get up early enough in the morning I should make it a priority to go in the evenings.

My goal is to still stay on target with my water and diet ( no cheat snacks at all this week ) I want to get into the gym atleast 5 days this week as well... my biggest goal is to try out that dang class at the gym! it looks like fun but sooo out of my comfort zone... but I got this right?

I’ve upped my water intake tremendously throughout this diet bet and I believe that has helped curb my my cravings.. I’m going to stick to it even after this betbis over.

I’ve meal prepped dinners the past 3 days and saw some changes for the better after an initial increase in weight.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I have two kiddos that participated in Halloween... I definitely used that as an excuse to indulge in fun size candies (chocolate is totally my weakness). I should have just stuck to Halloween to have a treat. I realized I found myself reaching for the candy bowl every time I passed it. In hindsight I should have just put it away. I now know that I may have to take extra steps to prep my life in different ways if I truly want to be successful at this new lifestyle in the long run. ::deep breath:: I want to continue to do better and not allow Myself to dwell on a slip up To long but to do something about it instead... I’m getting there.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’m a huge pasta lover so it was a big deal for me to have zoodles instead of the spaghetti noodles my kiddos were eating. Honestly though it was delicious.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I wasn’t able to complete my 2nd spin class because of still being sore from the first class. I wish I would have just stuck it out.
