  • Started the challenge 5 pounds over what I ended last week at. I had a huge cheat day on Sunday (happened to be the day my boyfriend proposed) so I indulged with a turkey sandwich and few glasses of sangria. Then missed my full Monday workout, I was off to a bad start for sure. But I hit the gym yesterday and have been staying mostly compliant and I’m down to my weight from last week. Very excited to see where the end of this week leads me! Yay for #247 again, but I am anxious to be in Onederland !! Have a great week all!!! Let’s do this!!!!

Good morning everyone and happy HUMP Day ! I’ve been reading all your comments and suggestions on how to make this DietBet as engaging as possible. Each day I will be doing 2 different things:

1. A small exercise challenge ! I will encourage each of you to complete a very brief challenge and then you can comment “DONE” once you have completed it

2. Each day I will post one of my favourite recipes/meal ideas!

Next week we will be doing some fun competitions with prizes ! So stay on the lookout for those!

  • I eat the same thing every single day for breakfast . 2 fried eggs, a dr praegers California veggie burger with mustard and 1/3 cup of cottage cheese and a nice big mug of herbal tea ! It works for me and I am a creature of habit 😁 what is your go to meal ??

I usually IF with coffee in the morning but around noon it’s 2 eggs with cheese, half an avocado, and a big cup of hot peppermint green tea. I throw in turkey bacon or eat the whole avocado if I’m extra hungry that day. Either way, it’s super filing and energizing and then I’m not hungry for hours :blush:
