Everything. Two weeks of vacation and overindulged the entire time. Not to mention having no cycle bar for serious cardio burn. Gained 8 odd back. That’s how fast it happens when you don’t pay attention!! Back I. The saddle again today! Cheers to everyone and a successful couple of weeks.
