Non-scale victory of the week!

I did Orangetheory and didn’t feel like I was going to die and realized at the end of class I could’ve pushed harder!

Stick to the interval eating but add in more veggies and don’t give in to all the sweets for Christmas, that’s not what Christmas is all about
