Fit into a size large spaghetti strapped top. It's a little snug still, but not too bad!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Still having issues with way over doing it on my cheat days. I still need to be mindful and eat in moderation on those days.

My older sister, who's always been more fitness minded than me, could see the difference and complimented how good I'm looking.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Still had a bit of a binge evening after a bad day at work. Need to find a more constructive outlet on those bad days, rather than "eating my feelings".
