Joined the gym as planned. Suceeded with my 72+ fast. Actually made it 91 hours.

Cut out snacking.

Not a major one this week, but not letting that deter me.

Let temptation get the better of me with carbs on Sunday in the bitter cold.

Non-scale victory of the week!

While I didn’t have traditional exercise, for the first time ever I hit my step goal every hour of the day and my fit bit cheered for me.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had one episode of stress eating. Where lunch became a bag of 1/2 microwave popcorn. And not the “healthy” kind.

I got right back on track after a slip up with a really good pizza.
