Good job hitting the gym! When I started running I remember I dreaded the run but loved how I felt afterwards so I focused on that good feeling & made myself run. It took a long time but at some point I actually started to enjoy the actual run. Unfortunately I am back to square one with exercise so maybe we can cheer each other on!

I just now saw this...sorry! Its going pretty well...Feeling more determined than I have in a while. Trying to move more and eat really clean! How about you?

My main focus right now is on eating - planning meals, keeping the house stocked, cooking - and so far I've been staying on track! Starting to see some results, too!
