Was driving around hungry, drove by a couple fast food places, a coffee shop...for many years ut was an automatic thing for me to get fires burger, pop-upsized. Today, it all seemed blah and I went home and made a grilled cheese. This is a miracle for me...I mean HUGE! Reading the book "You Are Not Your Brain" is working for me
