I prepped my food and has a meal plan for the week. It makes eating healthy so much easier!

I've lost over 13 inches off my belly and it feels great!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Prepared my food better. This week I have been visiting family and I should take something because what they offer isn't something I can eat so I starve until I get home.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I joined runbet this week. Two of my first 3 runs didn't count because of errors I did. I'm not letting it get to me and instead I've kept pushing and still in pace to complete the challenge.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I did so much cardio and bearly any strength training. I need to add more to my schedule.

Sleep better and do more strength training. I also was a little rest as I ran 6 days this week.
