Fitting into a new shoe size and getting a sassy pair of heels that don't kill me to walk in!

I need to lay off the energy drinks. I only do sugar free but they are bloaty :c

Very frustrating week of gain before losing

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I counted calories, balanced macros, had plenty of water, did high intensity interval work outs. Im not sure where I could have done better.

I bought clothes from the junior section which makes me giggle a little.

I could have moved my ass more. Snow kind of hindered that..but I found ways to move more doing my everyday tasks
