taking care of my husband. Saturday during the rugged maniac my husband ruptured his Achilles tendon. he had surgery yesterday and I have been stressed. so my goal is to still workout. So take care of the family, him, go to work and workout. also no binge eating

supported my cousin in a 5k. I was able to talk her through it and she made her PR 38 mins 18 secs. it felt good to help someone on their fitness journey
