I started off the beginning of the week overeating and grazing a lot but its taped off and now where I need to be mentally. I'm feeling focused on this weigh loss goal

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not much, I didnt workout too hard because was trying to give my legs time to recover and bounced back from a bad start. If I could do anything better it would be more consistent with my schedule.
