Non-scale victory of the week!

I didn’t eat anything fattening off my diet plan.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could’ve worked out more, drank more water, and started eating earlier in the day.

My goals are to exercise no later than 8am every morning, make it to the gym 7x a week, and to stick to my meal plan 100%

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I think the most challenging thing for me is consistency. I often struggle with being consistent and I’ve lost 60+ pounds before and I’ve managed to slowly gain it back over time. Dealing with PCOS and ovarian cancer have also caused a huge setback in my weight loss goals. Overall, it’s my mindset that has been holding me back.

This week I would like to stay on track 100% on my diet, as I’m doing this and Jenny Craig, as well as go to the gym for at least 45 minutes of cardio daily.
