  • 2 eggs and rice for dinner. I left the gym early today. Got my cardio in felt fine the entire time. Went to do my weights.. and it hit. That weird wave of feeling like passing out.

    So I sat for a few seconds and grabbed my emergency electrolyte gummies ( I keep them on me at all time in a jacket pocket since finishing chemo, just Incase) ate 4 of them and dumped a sugar packet in my mouth, and then started to pass out.

    I told the person next to me I was going to pass out, but I’m fine, if I didn’t wake up in a few minutes then get help. Woke up, felt a little better but had a friend drive me home. Now I’m back to feeling like shit again so it’s a early bedtime.

    Started this at 294.8,
    Weighed in today at 272.8!!!

    Also, for the first time I'm seeing the results I've been getting in my progress pictures. We're all the harshest judges of ourselves, and I know I've been getting results, but today was the first time I was able to accept what my eyes were seeing and honestly and truly see my progress. I feel like, not only have I broken through thr 20lb barrier, but I have broken through a psychological barrier that couldn't believe that I was improving. Now that I can actually see the results, I feel so much more motivation and excitement to keep working hard so I can see more!!! I hope all of you learn to be able to see yourself make progress, and I hope we all can keep moving in the right direction together!!!!!! Your posts are so inspiring and help me stick to it daily! Keep at it! Let's DO THIS THANG!!!!

Last night I had dinner with friends and they picked a pasta restaurant: I looked at menu online before I went and decided to have the fish (I am off carbs) got there and the menu had changed. I used all
My willpower and ordered the lamb with no potato and it was really good. They then all ordered dessert and I resisted, this morning I weighed in and had lost 0.8kg since yesterday morning - finally off my plateau so it was totally worth it! I kicked eating outs arse last night 😃

Friday's are my rest day but 80DO has me so sore that I've been doing yoga and extra stretching instead. I never thought I'd be the person getting up way before dawn to exercise, even on my day off! I've come so far and I love it!

  • I just passed my 6 month goal for this bet. Really crushed it last week, and now I am 7# away from my lowest weight in 15 years!

    Low cal fast tomorrow and Friday, cardio every day and 2 light lifts between now and weigh in! Starting to see some definition. Even my shins are getting ripped!
