Non-scale victory of the week!

Rewarded myself with a pedicure instead of food.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Added more fruits, veggies, greek yogurt and protein in my diet

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Exercise frequency. A few days I was a bit too tired to drive past home to go to the gym. So I cancelled that membership and got a membership to a gym closer to my job so I have no excuses not to go after work.
