I put on an old pair of jeans that suffocated me before, now they almost fit perfectly!

Nothing, this last week I felt I did really really wel.

Keep the fridge stocked. I ran out of veggie burgers and had to eat a tofurky in emergency because I was starving and it was fulllllll of sodium.
