I enjoyed the foods I haven't been letting myself have, since I was between Dietbets. I kept losing at first...

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

...but then I gained. Alot. I'm really pissed at myself. I ate way too much junk. I'm so ready to get back into it and stay that way this time!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Even with the flu and my period I'm still dropping in weight so I'm really proud of my dietary choices! I've been so low energy this week that I haven't been able to exercise much at all!!

Probably more sleep than I was getting!

Even though I'm on my period currently, I'm staying on track calorie wise!

I've been battling the flu, so I could be exercising more, but I'm super low energy and trying to listen to my body.

GET DOWN TO 202.2 dang it!!! I've been at 204.4 for awhile now and if I don't make weight this will be my first db loss!!! Nooo!!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

So, at least I'm back down to where I was I suppose, but I binged on a container of icing this past weekend and it took me until today to get back to last week's weight....sigh. learned my lesson.

Not binged!!! Stupid icing!!

NO JUNK!!! I'll be eating way better and taking in more nutrient dense foods as well as splitting my workouts in half so I'm doing half in morning, half at night.

Made cupcakes for my twins birthday party and didnt eat any!!!

I took 3 days off from exercising because my body was feeling run down. I could have pushed myself and not taken that many days off for sure!

I've resisted aLOT of junk food this week!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I definitely need to stop eating so much cheese. I think I'm retaining a ton of water because of all the sodium I'm taking in. I'm only down 1 lb this week!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Didn't have any sort of junk food for Valentine's Day and I've also been going on the treadmill for an hour each day!!! Over 200 oz of water ever since the end of my period which I think has helped so much with all my bloat I was experiencing!!! Yayyy I love doing dietbets!

I would love to keep going at this pace so I can have some extra lbs of leeway since my next period is supposed to start at the end of this dietbet :( so I want to try to make up for any extra lbs that might happen since I tend to gain about 5 lbs of water weight during that time!!

Although this was our "off week" I indulged a LOT less than I thought I would haha.

More sleep!!!! I need to focus on my end goal instead of staying up for me time.

Well I started my period today and I am BLOATEDDDD and retaining water like crazy. So my focus for this week will be drinking a ton of water and keeping up with the exercise while keeping my sodium intake low so i can get back on track!!! 4 lbs up from my previous dietbet is not something I'm excited to see, but i bloat like crazy on my period.
