Non-scale victory of the week!

I've resisted aLOT of junk food this week!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I definitely need to stop eating so much cheese. I think I'm retaining a ton of water because of all the sodium I'm taking in. I'm only down 1 lb this week!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Didn't have any sort of junk food for Valentine's Day and I've also been going on the treadmill for an hour each day!!! Over 200 oz of water ever since the end of my period which I think has helped so much with all my bloat I was experiencing!!! Yayyy I love doing dietbets!

I would love to keep going at this pace so I can have some extra lbs of leeway since my next period is supposed to start at the end of this dietbet :( so I want to try to make up for any extra lbs that might happen since I tend to gain about 5 lbs of water weight during that time!!

Although this was our "off week" I indulged a LOT less than I thought I would haha.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More sleep!!!! I need to focus on my end goal instead of staying up for me time.

Well I started my period today and I am BLOATEDDDD and retaining water like crazy. So my focus for this week will be drinking a ton of water and keeping up with the exercise while keeping my sodium intake low so i can get back on track!!! 4 lbs up from my previous dietbet is not something I'm excited to see, but i bloat like crazy on my period.
