Non-scale victory of the week!

I made several healthy keto dishes like zucchini lasagna, guacamole, and chicken Tinga tacos... taco salad for me!

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

We love eating. My husband exercises a lot and has trouble keeping his weight up. He had stage 4 cancer and keeping him healthy and enjoying meals is important. He is doing well now.
