Non-scale victory of the week!

I’ve dropped a dress size and not eaten any takeaway. I’ve also drunk so much water and exercised more than I ever have.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I had a rest day and didn’t eat over calories. I can have a treat and not binge. I feel healthier.

I probably could of done better with meal prep and being more prepared.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

This week I plan on making sure I hit my step goals everyday and focusing on being happy wherever I am on my journey and not comparing myself to others.
