I’ve been slacking bad. Had a nasty headcold last week and have not been tracking.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Nothing really to report here. I did make a healthy choice going out to eat. Instead of a burger and fries I ordered chicken breasts, salad and soup.

I could have said no to the cupcake I ate this week. But it was delish! Haha!
