Having a hard time. I've been super stressed out with moving in one day. Also not being good with food

I feel like I'm beginning to see a difference in overall weighloss. Like how my clothes are fitting.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have ate out less with people. I feel like I did tone it down and ate salad when I could.

I think I'm going to have to do something different with my food, because I can't exercise more than an hour a day :)

I have been consistent with my walking and thinking more about my food. I'm not completely sure it's working out if I need to start doing more.

I'm not sure, meal planning will help but I'm going cross country in 2 weeks.

My pants are starting to fit looser.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I feel like I lost some motivation last week to keep walking in the morning. I would still go but for shorter times and less days.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I kept on working out everyday. The scale went up and down this week. I did get 2 days of 10,000 steps. I had to take 3 walks with my dog to get to that number

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eating less salt. I feel like I've had a lot of salt heavy soups this week.

I feel like I'm sorta in a plateau. Been thinking about adding some more strenuous exercise. Perhaps some running a couple times a week.

We have been eating a lot of meals in a cup in the microwave and I think it's been helping a lot with portion control.

I think I did really great this week and even are well at a restaurant.

I fit into the largest size Roxy Rashguard. It's tight but I can get it on.

I did pretty well this week. I did miss some evening walks though. It is 'friend' week.
