I wanted to do a 24 hr fast and I successfully completed it

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I actually did very well, I just need to keep in mind that my weight is not going to move in the same ways it did previously because I’m so close to my goal.

We went on a road trip out of town and during that time I made sure to have healthy snacks and meals and resisted choosing burgers, fries etc.

The most challenging aspect is remembering that there are other markers of progress aside from the number that’s on the scale. It’s a complete lifestyle change, not just reaching a specific number and being done.
