Non-scale victory of the week!

tried going vegetation for a night. made up sticky sesame cauliflower with rice for dinner the other night. was super yummy and so low carb!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to get back into a normal routine of working out. I still haven't found my groove and feel like it is caused by work stress.
