I was super awesome with my 21df diet except for Friday when I wanted to try Keto again, which just isn’t for me and now I know for next time.

I resisted pizza for lunch yesterday, as I started the 21df diet on Friday.

I could’ve eaten much less chocolate on Valentine’s Day.

Yesterday I way overate in the morning and afternoon so I resisted food the rest of the day even though I was still feeling very down.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Keto did not go well and I only exercised 4 days this week so diet and exercise could’ve been better. I had way too many treats.

I could’ve not splurged even though I made my diet bet goal. Or at least chosen a healthier splurge.

Tuesday was a stay at home day and it was my best diet day, which usually stay home days are tough to eat well all day.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I only succeeded 1 out of 4 days of no emotional eating at work. So that is something I can continue to work on.
