Non-scale victory of the week!

We went to a party last night where pizza and cake were served. I ate ahead of time.

Less snacking. I did better at sleeping though

Non-scale victory of the week!

I successfully fasted all day Tuesday and have kept a good keto regimen all week. I've also been drinking plenty of water, which I'm sure it's just helping the weight melt right off.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to stop eating after 9pm, and could probably stand some exercise as well.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I'm going to start with a full day's fast today, drinking plenty of water. I will start my day tomorrow with soluble fiber and begin a strict ketogenic diet and keep up the water consumption. I'll get to bed by 11pm to ensure a good night's sleep. I currently have no exercise plan, but will work on implementing one.
