Non-scale victory of the week!

Started Ketogenic diet on 2/12 on my Drs reccomendation - today is day 4. Things are looking up

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I eased in with total of 50g cards with about 35g net carbs. Goal next week drop down to 30g net maybe even 25
