  • 45 min walk! I kept going back and forth on going for a walk because of the weather. Then injustice decided to go for it. We were almost home and the really dark clouds came in. It brought with it a really cool breeze! Just when we got to the driveway it started to rain! Lol

crisis averted! I was soo craving unhealthy stuff. Cookies/ chocolate / pizza / fries. Still in my period.. bleeh. But I found something that works for me! I made a chocolate proteine shake, put some icecubes in there and some instand espresso. Tastes almost like a frappocino from mc donalds, without the calories.

This version is around 150 kcal and from mc donalds around 520 I believe? Decent swap if you ask me :-D

Wow! Some of y’all are really rocking the workout. I’m hoping by seeing your posts over time I’ll get motivated again. I used to really enjoy going to my gym for a boxing class. But, working out at home just hasn’t clicked for me. I haven’t gotten into it and I can tell. I get winded now just going up the stairs. Which sucks because I felt like I was actually in decent shape in February/March. My how my body and fitness has changed in 4 months. 😒 But I’m here, I’m committed to the food changes and hoping y’all will motivate me to exercise too!

Protein yogurt, hard boiled egg white only, peppers, and protein bars if my meal will be later than usual so I can last without binging on something. Those are my go to things.

Oh, and freeze dried fruit packs. I make sure to get ones that have no added sugar.
