Non-scale victory of the week!

Joined the gym at work to add extra cardio since the weather got too cool for comfortable outdoor walks and found some machines that I don’t mind using. Already seeing the improvement to my endurance.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had a setback with a meal during Valentine’s Day event that made me have to crunch at the end to hit weight goal, definitely not ideal, added a lot of unnecessary stress.

1) Continue cardio 2) Continue to be mindful of diet (especially keeping veggies up)

Met my two goals from last week of getting to barre 4 times and have a smooth transition from vacation. Was able to drink more water than I have in a very long time.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I wish I was able to get more sleep. Only met sleep goal once.
