How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

    Monday-Friday: Get a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise each day. Walking, jogging, swimming, elliptical, sports, weight lifting whatever you want........Your choice. You can break it up into segments if you need to. :)

Sadly I forgot my Fitbit at home Monday but I still got my walking in. I always feel like it doesn't count when I don't have my Fitbit on but I have to remember my body doesn't know!!!

  • Last year (this week) I tore a tendon in my foot. It’s been a long recovery with persistent pain. I’ve been able to exercise for a few months, but not run outdoors. It’s not back at my old pace but it’s my first 5 mi in a year. The 12 was when I went looking for my hat and gloves I stashed in bushes ???? otherwise negative splits too!

I totally understand, I tore my tendon in my ankle last year. It has been a long recovery for me as well. I am just now getting back to join the gym. Hang in there!

I had a great workout plan for the week. 15min on elliptical 40min weights and 15min on the speed.bike. I cant make it this week I ruptured my urethra. But I still plan to make the 4%!!
