Non-scale victory of the week!

So I started this dietbet totally disgusted with myself for gaining ALL of my weight back, but I'm not going to let that stop me! Less than two weeks in and I'm down over 8 pounds! I'm determined to get back to 204 by New Years!

I'm only 4 pounds from onderland. I want it so bad so I'm going to stay the course so I can get to that number before the end of round 2.

Didn't really celebrate any NSV this week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I'm frustrated with this journey. I've been consistently losing, but only ounces to a pound a week. I'm trying for more water, hoping this will flush the fat!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Going to attempt a 36 hour fast starting 2/28 6pm and ending 3/2 6am. Hoping this will kick my metabolism into high gear.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Was able to size down at Torrid, I'm now wearing size 0 comfortably. Also many of my work pants are falling off so I think I need to hit the thrift store for some new pants.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I feel like this week was pretty good. I need to find the motivation to exercise, OMG I hate exercise so much! I'm so tired of being fat! I know I'm losing, but my hard work isn't reflected in the mirror. And I get so tired of the fluctuation on the scale, up and down and only losing ounces. Like what else can I do? It feels like I'm doing everything right, but my body wants to hold on to all of this fat! I'm so pissed that I ever let myself get like this to begin with.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I guess the goal is to try to walk or workout. I'm going to do a 24 hour fast starting tonight at 6pm. It worked last week so hopefully this week will also be successful. Maybe a weekly 24 hour fast is what my bond needs?

No dietbet last week, but still managed to stay on track with diet. Yay! Clothes are fitting much better even though the scale isn't moving much.

Should have said no to pizza last Friday night! Two slices and two wings.

Started intermittent fasting and doubled my water intake. We also started walking this week.

Non-scale victory of the week!

This week we ate in all week! We planned and cooked dinner all week long. On Friday, work brought in lunch and I was able to keep my calorie count to less than 400.

Still working on sugar reduction.
