Was able to size down at Torrid, I'm now wearing size 0 comfortably. Also many of my work pants are falling off so I think I need to hit the thrift store for some new pants.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I feel like this week was pretty good. I need to find the motivation to exercise, OMG I hate exercise so much!
I'm so tired of being fat! I know I'm losing, but my hard work isn't reflected in the mirror. And I get so tired of the fluctuation on the scale, up and down and only losing ounces. Like what else can I do? It feels like I'm doing everything right, but my body wants to hold on to all of this fat! I'm so pissed that I ever let myself get like this to begin with.

I guess the goal is to try to walk or workout. I'm going to do a 24 hour fast starting tonight at 6pm. It worked last week so hopefully this week will also be successful. Maybe a weekly 24 hour fast is what my bond needs?
